Use a bar of Ivory Bath Soap - rub along wet surfaces which will supply slipperyness during wet weather. When door dries, wood should shrink back to correct shape.

As a temporary solution, rub a candle on the area where the door is sticking, or indeed around the whole of the inside of the frame.
When the weather dries up, (probably best leave it until the summer to be sure), varnish any bare wood around the door. Linseed oil is probably favourite for this. This should seal the wood and prevent it from swelling in damp weather.
Good luck.

Spray WD40 around the door and door frame - works every time and you should have no more problems. I do this with windows that start to stick this time of year.

The door has swollen up from the moisture. You could lightly sand it down, but come the dry weather, the door may close too loosely

This is really something to find that many all together. For someone like me who is just really starting to get involved with woodworking this was like letting me loose in a candy store and telling me I could have anything I wanted. That was my dream when I was a kid.

rub some vaseline around the door frame don't shave it as it will shrink back in the summer and be too loose
