cheap weight lifting strategy?

Does anybody know any weight lifting workout routines that I could use, my home gym was lost becasue we had to move and theres no room for it in our new place. Workouts with free weights?

    This will sound pretty silly but my friends from track (when we all moved into a new apartment) one of them lifted water jugs.

    If you aren't inside Hercules like shape buying a swiss ball and dumbells could fill your gap. Invest in dumb bells with detachable plates, this maximizes space. You can anywhere from 10lbs to like 100lbs in one dumbell.

    And the swiss ball makes for a quick easy bench, except you get more out of the swiss ball because you have to balance yourself the whole time. And when you are done with the ball just deflate it.
