OK, Back in October some of you helped me through the death of my dog Sadie..?

I didn't see your question in October but I can certainly relate. Our 4 yr. old Shih Tzu passed away from AIHA on October 17th. I too, was afraid to get another dog and wasn't ready until now. We just got a new puppy last Monday and it was the best decision ever. She has brought alot of joy to our family.

Sadie will always be a part of your life but the new one will bring many more happy memories for you.

I am sorry to hear about your loss. But, I can say from personal experience that even though it is hard, it will make it a little better to have the pitter patter of little paws in the house.
