IF you feel confident in yourself, I would file a complaint against said officer with the PD stating that you feel you were given this ticket as a punishment for not flirting back with the officer, Take it to court bring yoru witnesses and a copy of your complaint and I'd be willing to bet you walk scott free while MR.
