Javascript is a programing language developed by netscape, I think? It allows web site designers to create interactive website sites. Its sort of like html but with more bells and whistles.

Cookies are files stored on you computer. When you visit a website it many will leave behind a cookie on your pc. Inside is info about the website you visited. It could include dates and times. What pages you visited. What links you clicked. Many online shops use cookies to store shoping cart info and log info.

Cookies can be a good thing, but at the same time people who are up to no good can use this infomation in the wrong way. So, its best to delete your cookie folder at lest once a week.

Email settings: depends on the email program.
