Junk mail gone mad?

Has anyone out recieved junk? mail from what appears to be financial stockmarket tipping concern. They all begin with a tip on a share price increase and then go on to add a long paragraph of totally meaningless blurb. I've had scores of them and everyone seems to come from a different domain. Any Ideas on how to block them.

I still have yet to find a way to block the spam messages from coming in. Mine go directly to my Spam folder, but every time I get on to check my e-mail, I have at least 10 messages. I would suggest not reading them, as you never know what kind of stuff they put in that e-mail (possible viruses, etc).

If you read them they will send as twise as many, spam is a letter that records what you do! so if you read it... it will send more, also dont put your name and e-mail addy on all this free prises etc online and many sites send span! careful where you go with your addy.

Hope this helped, oh! and there is no good way at the moment to get spam from just disapearing, but sorry to say, get a new addy.

Latest info is that these financial/share type emails cannot at the moment be stopped....I get around 15-20 per day ...they also have part of texts from books somewhere in the body of the email, which is preventing the blockers from working..

I dont get what they are getting from sending us this crap...

Clean out your Cookies and Temporary Internet folders in Windows. Keep doing this regularly and it should stop the problem. A cookie on your computer is advertising you IP address to these people. You may have visited a web page which left a cookie when you visited.

I am getting sick to the back teeth with all of this junk mail that is taking more time to empty out than my inbox mail. Surely there is something that can be done to stop receiving it.
