I'm Retired Military ... siblings are STILL Serving .. so I KNOW how those who are deployed feel .. and yes, our family has had service around the globe.

Source(s): You know, ALL I EVER WANTED was to have a Quiet, Peaceful Christmas at HOME .. which, FINALLY, I am going to get this year, because this Empty-Nesting Single Retiree is FINALLY FREE to do just that! (And ... Thanks! for thinking of the Servicemember serving around the world at this time of year)

You mean the ones that are fighting for this country so we can have to freedom to celebrate Christmas? Yes, I think of them daily. They have the courage and the pride to go over and fight for our country (9/11) so you can sit at the computer and ask questions as if the American public/government don't care about our soldiers.

yes, you have a good point, and it is sad that our guys are over there dying for no reason! Unfortuneately, our President is very ignorant and has no clue what is going on! Note to Arabian Beauty(not!), what is wrong with you?! You must like Bush and how would you feel if someone you loved was over there? You are warped!

I have both objects, so there is no need to wish for one. However, I hate the fact that our soldiers are fighting over there living in unbelievable conditions and fighting terrorist, even though that country has nothing to do with us.

Things like Ipods seen trivial while our guys are fighting and dying.

But they are there to protect us so we can live life. And to some, Ipods are a part of life.

  • yeah i do.

thanks for bringing up all the f*ckin idiots out there that think an i pod and cellphone is what matters.

I think about my husband every second of everyday, but I still have my silly daily life to keep living while he's away.
