If your friend got her lips done, and she looked ridiculous, would you tell her?

My best friend has small lips,goes with her body, but if she went and had them plumped up and she looked ridiculous I don't think I could have the heart to tell her. I love her and I can imagine her doing something like that but I don't think I would have the heart to tell her.

Well, that's a toughy. It would depend on the friend, but, I think I would. But, try not to give your opinion without her asking what you think. Say that you were thinking about getting the procedure done and ask her what she thinks of her own lips.

if you are true friends, then you should not have to worry about telling her anything. that's what friends do- look out for each other. it's better a friend tells you than someone else insults you.

my friends and i share advice knowing that one does not HAVE to take the advice. and we are still there for each other when one falls.

so go ahead and tell her. if she takes it in the wrong way then maybe your friendship is not as strong as it should be.

yes you should tell her, friends should always be honest no matter what. she deserves to know if she is looking ridiculous . and if she can't appreciate what you are saying then. she will when other people start making crack about it to and behind her back . good luck

She cant change them now, so telling her will accomplish nothing but maybe hurt her feelings or piss her off. It will wear off. Just try to get her to focus on her other attributes when she notices that they DO look goofy. good luck.

I would cause I don't want people to make fun of her. And I care of her so I would rather tell her the truth.

I always find my role as friend difficult. I try to maintain that balance of being honest and being supportive. Just tell her, "To be honest, it' s not my favorite look I've seen on you, but if YOU like it..."

If you told her could she get them undone? No. It doesn't change anything. It will only make her feel worse. Try being supportive.
