Elaine got the hat when she was in charge while Peterman was in Myanmar (you may know it as Burma). George left it at his girlfriend's apartment so he'd have an excuse to go back. Well... it dissapeared. Kramer's friend Bob Sacamano got a cheap knockoff, but it was made of rat hair. It wasnt at the bagel place. It was at Kenny Rogers chicken where Seth was working as an asst manager.
The hat was made of nutria, which was supposedly of poor quality, even by rat standards.
