how can i stop drinking coffee or caffine?

    I would do so slowly, as caffine is addictive. ....

    My moms addicted to coffee...she drinks no less than 10 cups a day. ... and when she doesnt have it all, she gets a headach and really crabby.

    I'd say, if you drink 5 cups, today, drink four..tomorrow drink four...the next day drink 3...you see where I'm going with this?

    Trick your mind. If you want..If you MUST have 5 cups of coffee a day....have 3 cups of coffee, and 2 cups of decaf... that way you'll get the coffee, without the caffine (and slowly switch to all decaf)

    lower the doses you take everyday untill you have stop
