When using a lnstant Hand Sanitizer like Purell, where do the germs go?

    They are killed instantly. I use this stuff all the time and it keeps me well.

    The germs are gone. The hand sanitizer kills the germs.

    They go to germ heaven. Your hands are sanitized exactly as when you wash with soap and water.
