Do you attend church? You might try contacts your kids school to see if they know of any help you can get on short notice. Perhaps Family Services can tell you. Your husband should apply for unemployment benefits and you should apply for food stamps. There is help out there if you ask. If you don't attend a certin church maybe you could just call one that is close. The spirit of Christmas is giving I would think they can help. I know it is hard but you can't let pride get in the way.
