What's it like to live in Kansas City, MO? Pros and cons?

The driving is bad. The crime rate is pretty bad considering the size of KC. The mob still runs any profitable business in town. There's not much in the line of public transportation. The people aren't too bad, fairly friendly for a city. Shopping is good, plenty of access to whatever you need. Dining is great in KC ;). The cops and the civilians have too many squabbles, I think mainly from racial tension. The housing is reasonably affordable. The casinos are pretty poor payoff in comparison to most. The airport(KCI) is effecient enuff.

Overall not my first choice, but certainly not the worst place in the world to live. I prefer St L myself.

you're able to be 18 years previous without mothers and fathers consent, and 14 with mothers and fathers consent. I surely have my septum pierced, there is not probably any cons for it. It became painless, and it became defiantly properly worth it. It heals quickly and you will cover it for a job.
