Free DVD ripping software?
Is there such a thing as an idiot proof free DVD ripper that can handle write protected CD's and DVD's, and is there anyone kind enough out there to point me in the right direction.
Thank you.

I use DVDShrink, it's free and works great! If you have Nero installed (even the trial will work), DVDShrink will also burn the DVD for you.

DVD Shrink, and it's legal to use if you're BACKING UP your DVD collection. Of course, if you back up a DVD rental, incase you damage it before you return it, who will ever know?!
