Vice President Cheney--anyone that is asked to find a VP and chooses himself has power and control issues. He's very quiet,stays in the background,seldom speaks to the press and carries baggage from the past that he wanted to correct or resolve to his satisfaction...like invading Iraq and winning this time. All he needed was an inexperienced president that could be led and influenced.He knew he had his man when George W. actually allowed him to pick himself. Audacious.
