Should I wait until I miss my period to take a test??

Ya know what?! I found out a full 6 days before my period was due. I took one of those tests calles "ANSWER" there was a faint line there, but that is enough to say yes!!! I still couldn't believe it, so I went and purchased a few of the more pricey brands that claim to have early results. The didn't work as well. However the Answer test was positive each time and here I am 2 years later with an awsome little boy playing trucks in my livingroom.

I would, for two reasons:

1) the test will be more accurate if you wait.

2) you won't waste your money on the test, if you happen to start your period instead.

I know you might be eager, God knows I was with my last two pregnancies. I wanted to know ASAP. I didn't follow my advice at all! Ha ha. Testing the day before is nearly as accurate as testing the day of or the day after, just be certain to test with the first urine of the morning, it contains the most pregnancy hormone of the day.

everyone says yes because it is more accurate..but I couldn't wait the extra day..so the day before my expected period I went and bought a digital test and it came out POSITIVE now our lil princess is on her way! GOOD LUCK

Even though some pregnancy test say" We can tell a week before your missed peorid" it is better to wait untill a week after you miss it
