A couple of months ago, I found a website for recipes that I could list ingredients that I already have on hand and it would come up with a list of recipe ideas. Stupid me didn't bookmark the site and now I am having trouble finding it again.

Does anyone have any recipe websites like that?

I'm on day 20 of my first hatch. I candled on the evening of day 17 and all embryos were moving in their eggs.

I have two questions.

# 1 Do I unplug the vent holes in the top of the incubator to help with ventilation or do I leave them in to help with the humidity?

#2 I looked in the bator today and noticed that one of the eggs had burst and there was yolk coming out of it. So, I had to open the bator to remove the bad egg. When I cracked open the egg the chick looked normal and developed but was dead.

I know that two of the eggs had rather large air cells, could that have been the problem? What caused the egg to burst like that?

Please respond, i'm going nuts here with worry about these eggs!

Am I the only one who gets annoyed by people who just copy and paste answers to questions on here? I'm not talking about providing a link, i'm talking about LONG answers that you have to scroll WAY down the page to get past.

Honestly, it's someone elses work that people are taking credit for sometimes and we end up reading the exact same answer over and over again.

Is it just me who gets annoyed by this?

I had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 5 days and we were able to pick up the heart beat although it was hard. The heart rate was only 91 bpm. Is that okay? Anyone else have anything like this and have a good outcome?

Doctor didn't seem worried.

I got my BFP today! I honestly felt like I was starting my period yesterday, but it never came. My breasts are sore and heavy and I have the typical slight crampy bloated feeling in my lower abdomin.

Yipee!!! We had quit trying and decided that it would happen if it was ment to. I had quit charting.

It still feels pretty strange and hasn't quite sunk in yet. I don't know how long the digital test will hold it's "pregnant" reading on it, but I keep going back and looking at it - as if it will make me more pregnant. ha ha!!

Guess i'm due around Dec.27th (maybe a Christmas baby)

Okie dokie, i'm new to raising chickens and need to know a couple of things here.

We two hens the other day one of which has been giving us an egg a day.

We recently aquired a rooster to add to our poultry family. What is the best way for me to know if I should leave her eggs in the nest with her or to go ahead and gather them each day as I have been.

I wouldn't mind having a few chicks, but don't know what to look for as far as if Rodney Rooster has done the deed with Bessie Hen or not.

Will she leave the nest if it's fertalized? Will she really know if the egg is "with chick" or not?

I want to gather eggs if there's no chick to hatch, but would love to increase my flock with a few baby chicks.

Any advise????

My husband found a pill mixed with another RX that we have. Of course, we will take it to the pharmacy and find out what it is for sure, but I just wondered if any of you might be ably to identify it for me.

It is small, round, white, and has 25 printed on one side and TOP on the other.

Okay, I already posted a question about my bleeding and finding out I was pregnant, but I wanted to share this with all of you on here and see what you think about this.

I took a clearblue digital AND a first response test - both positive and the blood the same day said that my hcg was only 6.

I know most of those tests are only able to detect at the minimum 20 mlU and most are 25, 50, or 100 mlU.

How on earth did I get two positives if my blood test was only 6 ?

I am going to have another bloodtest tomorrow, but thought this was very odd.

What are the odds that the blood test was wrong and I actually have more hcg in my system than 6?

I took a clearblue digital test and it said I was pregnant today. I went to the doctor and my HCG is only 6. I am going back to get more blood work done on saturday to see if it rises or not.

First off, I was quite suprised to get a positive home pregnancy test with an hcg of only 6, but i'm worried about the fact that i've been having all this bright red spotting for so long.

I know there is a posiblity that I might be in the process of miscarrige, but I was wondering if any of you had any thoughts.

Okay, so I started scant spotting today. If it doesn't get to be bright red until tomorrow, which do I consider my first day of my cycle?

I'm not supposed to get my period until Wed (Valentines Day).

I took a first responsed early result test this evening and I must be the only one who can see a VERY faint line. I had to hold it under the lamp to see it. I think my hubby just glanced at it and didn't look as closely as I did.

I've been SO sleepy today and had a full nights rest last night.

We've been activly trying.

Since orgasm causes the uterus to contract slightly, is it okay to have sex shortly after implantation?

I don't know that i've actually had implantation, but if I did, I would have this week.

I'm just wondering if orgasm while a baby is trying to implant will cause it to not implant or to do it corectly.

Any thoughts on this? I just wouldn't want my uterus to contract adn sluff off something trying to implant.

Did you know that the person who posted this question is actually only 14 years old and has been in a relationship with a 22 year old for 18 months. This means he's been using her since she was only 12. It's a crime!

She posted this question and got alot of answers on how to get birth control without her parents knowledge. They need to know alot more than the fact that she's on the pill. They need to know that there's a freak rapeing their daughter!!!
