Can "Cd burning stash file.bin" be safely deleted?

In my root directory (Windows XP Home SP2) is a 670MB file called "Cd burning stash file.bin" Can this file be safely deleted to free up disk space? Thank you.

    I would say so...it looks like a temporary file created by your CD burning software.

    If you aren't actually burning something at the time, YES.

    You won't want to remove that MID BURN however.
