They are jealous about TNA rising so fast so to make themselves better they say that WWE has something to do with it's rising.Oh by the way Jeff Hardy is still under contract with TNA and he is going back soon, the only reason he went to WWE for a while is because WWE was running low on ratings and he wanted to help his brother out.

I wasn't aware that anyone thought Vince owned TNA, but I guess I can sort of understand how people might think Vince just owns everything at this point.
You gotta keep in mind though dude, this is the internet....there are a buttload of complete imbeciles floating around
I'd say let it go, watch your TNA...or better yet take in some Ring of Honor....and forget about the "Chain Gang Affilliates" as we like to call them.

I guess they think Vince owns every wrestling company under the sun, because of what happened to so many regional companies, and even ones that had national and international signifigance like ECW and WCW. Vince owns so many regional/ national/
international promotion video libraries it's not funny. The real owner is Panda Energy International, which is controlled by Dixie Carter's parents, and Dixie Carter is the real power behind the company. The Jarretts sold the company to Panda Energy International before it really started to take off. The truth is TNA's presence, and to a lesser extent, Ring of Honor, and Full Impact
Pro, are good for the industry. It's always good to have more than one player in the market. When WCW and ECW went out
of business, interest in the WWF (as it was known at the time)
diminished. Let it go...kids and ignorant adults don't know any better. They're kids. Jeff Jarrett's family doesn't own TNA anymore Monique Lynae. They are owned by Panda Energy
International, not the McMahons or the Jarretts.
A stated focus area of Panda Energy is the acquisition of "companies with high growth potential [that may lie] outside of our core areas." In October 2002, Panda Energy purchased a controlling interest (72%) of the Nashville, Tennessee-based professional wrestling promotion Total Nonstop Action Wrestling from founder and CEO Jerry Jarrett. The seemingly unlikely acquisition came about after Dixie Carter, the daughter of Robert W. Carter and a TNA publicist, contacted her father and persuaded him to purchase the company (which was facing bankruptcy after a major financial backer withdrew their support).
On October 31, 2002, Panda Energy created the limited liability company TNA Entertainment in order to administer TNA. While Jeff Jarrett, the former President of TNA, was appointed Vice President, the majority of other management positions were filled by former Panda executives. Chris Sobol, the Panda Manager of Business Development, was appointed Vice President of Operations, and Frank Dickerson (and later Kevin Day) was appointed chief executive officer, while Dixie Carter was made President.
TNA lost money between 2002 and 2005, in some cases up to $1 million USD per month. However, as a result of decreased costs and increased merchandising and advertising revenue, Robert Carter announced in September 2005 that he expected TNA to break even in October 2005 and become profitable by 2006.[citation needed]
In May 2005, Panda Energy rejected a $10 million USD bid by the Nelson Corporation to purchase TNA.[citation needed]
The acquisition of TNA by Panda Energy in 2002 initially provoked (mostly facetious) theorising among the Internet wrestling community that Panda Energy was an extension of World Wrestling Entertainment. The somewhat spurious basis for this claim was that World Wrestling Entertainment had been forced to rename after the World Wildlife Fund (a conservation organization with the initials "WWF" that uses the Giant Panda as its mascot) successfully forced the company to stop trading as the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). It was postulated that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon might have chosen the name Panda Energy in order to mask his acquisition of TNA, thereby preserving the virtual monopoly WWE possessed in the wrestling industry between the bankruptcy of Extreme Championship Wrestling in April 2001 and the formation of TNA in May 2002. These theories were dismissed shortly thereafter when more information on Panda Energy became available.

Not that it matters, but TNA started as an independent...BUT, you can't find who owns it anywhere, can you..no...information not available. Not one thing is like anything WWE..so, I conclude that since McMahon's name on it would kill it, he is a "silent" investor since his goal was, is, and will always be to totally control the wrestling business in the USA and anywhere else he can...so, if anyone CAN find out who actually owns it, I will denounce this theory, otherwise, I will continue to believe Vince is somewhere in the mix...
and PS: it is a show, a scripted show, not real...it is a guy's soap opera...long like the WCW and the Wolf Pac, wrestling died for me when that all ended anyways...

We get it already... you like TNA and not WWE or its fans... I'll tell you though, I'm a WWE fan and I'm pretty sure I know far more about wrestling than you do...
just end your battle already, and just start asking questions about the company you watch and stop asking questions about the fans of the company you hate... it's getting to be as old as the VKM gimmick.

What? First off, Jeff Hardy used to be on the "real wrestling show" TNA and is now back on the "fake and for kiddies" Raw. WTF? Dude, chill out. I wouldn't be surprised if Vince does own TNA. He owns I guess now "most" of Sports Entertainment.
Besides, TNA is just as fake. Note the fact its called Sports ENTERTAINMENT
