my 8 year old daughter got "BLISTER" very often.

what is the main reason for that?

Update:

in her mouth ,on the skin . and with that she can't eat any spicy food.

    eat yogurt, onion

    and try not to eat citrus fruits for a while and spicy foods.

    eat more salads and fibber food and keep checking your stomach.

    where on her body? on her foot? on her hands? Blisters on the foot are due to activity and shoe fit problems. Take her to the shoe store and buy a pair of shoes that fit well.

    Blister can be the result of allergies but more likely due to injury of some sort.

    What kind of blisters?? In her mouth, lips or skin?

    Very often it is the skin's reaction to something that it is allergic to.
