no se como volver la configuracion del monitor a como estaba antes, cdo desinstale un programa se puso en modo VGA

Probá de restaurar sistema a un momento anterior o reinicia la maquina presionando F8 y fíjate si te da la opción de "la mejor configuración en la que anduvo". Suerte.
