if you run that board you would have to switch to a processor with a 754 socket setting i believe the processor you have is 462 other than that everything else should fit right in.

the potential swap must be somewhat plug on your desktops case the area to hook it up on the motherboard must be on the corner of the motherboard close to the front of the case labeled potential SW
