I drink 1 quarter(180)ml whicky daily, will it really harm anyway to my health?

If yes, what you think is appropriate quantity and frequency will not be harmful for the health?

    Wow, that is like 5-6 drinks man! Way too high. 2 drinks is moderate and anything above that is high. Your drinking is excessive.

    Maximum recommended quantity for a male is 60 ml per day and for a female its 30 ml.So you are consuming in excess which increases cholesterol and causes excess weight with attendant risks.

    Yes ofcourse. If you drink only one sip also each day then it effects your health but effect is very slow and also may not create any type of problem in the life time. Each time you drink it effects your body.

    Way too high. Definitely harmful. Tie it to a maximum of 2 pegs. And that too not daily. Just occassionally.

    More than 60 ml,you will have weight gain,pot belly,insomnia, hangovers, largest hip to waist ratio, loss of satiety,early EDF,diet mismanagement,risk in abdomen,if you drive a accident for free,a unpleasing name as "alcoholic ",problem with your wife if you are married.only problems all your life.
