    Yes. They migrated north and west and settled Europe. Some migrated across the Caucus mountains later to be called Caucasians. They continued to migrate into Canada, USA, and Central America. They were also called Saxons which was derived from Isaac's sons or iSAAC SONS.

    No the Jews are descendants of the tribe of Judah. Naming the twelve tribes is a perplexing activity. Revelation 7:5-8 lists the 12 tribes as: Judah, Reuben, Gad, Asher, Naphtali, Manasseh, Simeon, Levi, Issachar, Zebulun, Joseph and Benjamin. it is thrilling…for the 1st time Joseph is listed as a tribe along with his son Manasseh. Why isn’t Ephraim listed? Why is Reuben listed, yet no longer Dan? There are not any proper solutions to those questions. Technically, there have been greater effective than twelve tribes in case you count type the two one in each of Joseph’s sons as tribes to boot to Joseph. Revelation 7 promises a itemizing of a hundred and forty four,000 witnesses from twelve diverse tribes. It does not say why Ephraim and Dan at the instant are not listed. the final answer is that God desperate to no longer decide on any witnesses from those 2 tribes. some Bible instructors understand Dan being left off the checklist in Revelation 7 because of the fact of what's asserted in Genesis forty 9:17, “Dan would be a serpent by the roadside, a viper alongside the path, that bites the pony's heels so as that its rider tumbles backward.” It is going without asserting that God incredibly does decide on who he wills it is to declare in case you have been chosen to realize the actuality (Jesus the Christ of Nazareth, the Messiah) and have popular him as your person savior then continuously provide thank you for such an honor understanding you have how on your Heavenly Father and His Kingdom. undergo in innovations what you enable your self to think of, see, hear, say and do actually set into action God’s imaginitive powers that type the matrix of existence’s actuality you finally end up now strolling, whether good or undesirable, so be circumspect, putting your innovations, eyes, ears and tongue on what's nice, helpful and effective. Well, there were actually 13 tribes. Ephraim and Manasseh are counted as 1 tribe because they are both descendants of Joseph. They along with Issachar, Zevulan, Reuban, Gad, Dan, Asher and Nephtali were carried away by the Assyrian invasion of the northern Kingdom of Israel.

    The 3 tribes of Judah, Simeon, and Levi in the southern Kingdom of Judah became the Jews. You can see that they were all called Jews because Mordechai in the book of Esther is from the tribe of Benjamin but they call him Mordechai the Jew the whole way through the book.

    What happened to the 10 tribes of the Kingdom of Israel. According to the Jews who came back from exile with Ezrah and Nehemia, they were carried by the Assyrians beyond a normally impassable river Sabbaton while it was temporarily not flowing on the Sabbath. They can't come back because the river only stops flowing on the Sabbath when they aren't permitted to travel.

    SOme people say this is poetic metephor meaning they stopped keeping the Sabbath, assimilated, and are gone forever. I think it's real, and the Messiah will find a way to bring them back.

    All the tribes were Jews. In the modern day, members of 3 tribes are known to exist. The tribes of Judah, Benjamin and a portion of the tribe of Levi were never dispersed as were the other tribes.

    There are groups around the world that claim to be remnants of some of the other tribes. One recent and notable case is a group of people from India who claim to be from the half-tribe of Menasseh. The top religious authorities in Israel deemed there claims to have merit, but, because they had been isolated for so long (more than 2500 years), they should undergo conversion before being considered fully Jewish. Many have and have emigrated to Israel.

    MZJakes got it right, but in addition to that, there was a time when the land of Israel was split into "Israel" in the north and "Judah" in the south (Jerusalem). The Assyrians conquered Israel, and the tribes living there were dispersed to neighboring lands or returned to Judah where they all acquired the name Jews. Many Jews still belong to the tribe of Levi and the priests (Cohen, Cohn, Kohane, etc.) can still be traced by DNA to one common ancestor, Aaron.

    ONE OF THE TRIBES IS NOT THE JEWS THE 12 TRIBES OF ISRAEL WERE THE 12 CHILDREN OF JACOB, YOU NEED TO READ GENESIS AND DONT GO ANY FURTHER, READ IT CAREFULLY AND YOU WILL SEE THAT ALL THE DECENDENTS OF THE 12 TRIBES IS WHAT MAKE UP THE JEWISH COMMUNITY, ALSO TO BE CLEAR JACOB DID REMOVE TO OF HIS CHILDREN FROM THE RIBES TO GIVE HIS TWO GRANDCHILDREN FROM JOSEPH THAT INHERITANCE AS HE ADOPTED THEM AS HIS OWN. AFTER READING GENESIS COMPLETELY YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION.

    ~~~zee zee ,,, Learn your Symbolism,,, and the Number 12. Like King Arthur and The Knights of the Round Table, The 'Challenges' to Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, etc,,,and most importantly The Houses of the Zodiac. They are all representative of essentially the same thing,, symbols within allegories and parables giving instruction and guidance on which to live a Proper Life.
    No. And the records were destroyed along with the temple in 70 A.D., so there is no way to know. Any such "knowledge" is pure speculation.
    Source(s): Asher Benjamin Dan Gad Issachar Joseph* Judah Levi Naphtali Reuben Simeon Zebulun *The sons of Joseph, Ephraim and Menasseh, were also given the status of independent tribes.
