I am looking to modifiy a computer power supply, however, my multimeter is acting up. I am looking to know what pins on a 24 pin ATX power supple always have current flowing through them.

i do believe it is the only green wire.
But do your self a favor and make sure, and wear rubber gloves when you mod it.
That is the wire that you short to ground to test the power supply.
so use a paper clip and find out before you start.
