Engine seized. Many things can cause a two stroke to seize. Some are: old gas, or gas with low octane, lean mixture, lugging the engine, causing it to overheat, prolonged high RPM running, old age, bad seals letting air in the engine, and the list goes on.

You probably need a new top end, and have all the seals checked/replaced.

One of my 250cc Honda motors has been rebuilt numerous times after seizing.

I'll bet you put regular gas in it, huh?

2 cycle engines like that need to have oil mixed with the gas to lubricate the engine.

The engine siezed up from friction.

You now own an expensive boat anchor. The engine is beyond repair.
