When you get a violation does it make you want to report others?

I got a question pulled last night - It asked "would any one like to go to work for me tonight" and I went on to explain that I had to go work my second job last night and I didn't feel like it, blah blah, and they deleted it. Perhaps I should post questions about child molesting and raping babies like these other sickos and use a **** picture for my avatar, then they'll post them. What really kills me is thay give you a chance to "respond" to the violation notice, and all you get back is their stupid form letter. Bunch of faceless cowards if you ask me.

Nah, some people are just envious. I don't go that low. I got my share of violation notices in the past, although I was reported for nothing. The violation notice system is automatic, it will send u a notice and it will subtract the points no matter what. Those guys at yahoo don't read the violation notices. I might get one for answering your question although I have not written anything vulgar.

You have nothing to gain by reporting them. Just answer and ask questions and everything will be OK.

Btw sending complaints to yahoo si pointless...they never read or answer.

I don't understand why yours was a violation, but I have never had one, but if I did, I would want to report others because there HAS TO BE worse than mine. Like you said

Yeah I got a violation notice because I answered some one's question with a good comment, thumbs up. Well they said that that was a violation yet the comment about mine was about something really nasty.

I just sent an angry email to Y! Answers because the reason for the violation was clearly idiotic.

NO I'm not in level 5 anymore I have plenty of points to spear. I Can tell you something that gets me mad is when It wasn't a violation and I have to right back to yahoo customer service to let them know my argument/disagreement

you can get a violation for just about anything so keep doing what you doing and leave the violating to those who don't understand that this IS for entertainment

Nope I really don't care, I just delete them. There just a lot of jerks out there who like to report people for no good reason at all because it makes them feel big and important!

No not really, only on one occasion. I got into it with some idiot on here and he reported me and I lost about 40 pts. in one day. So I went back and reported him for all the sh*t he talked about me in his questions. That was the only time. But I know how you feel. People really piss you off in here!
