I would go with Vick. The Falcons are still fighting for a playoff spot while the Bears have already clinched homefield. Vick has everything to play for while Grossman may sit for a good portion of the game. Especially with the terrible Lions run defense the Bears will probably tear'em up early with the run based on the field position the D will get and once the lead is their I can almost guarantee Grossman sits, there is nothing left to play for until the postseason. If you can get your hands on a free agent, if you are still on the ropes because of Vick's groin pull, I think a good sleeper that's more than likely available, would be Derrick Anderson.

Visk's an iffy play this week up against a strong Carolina defense. The best matchup in Vick's favor is that the Panthers are 26th in the league versus opposing TEs, meaning Algernon Crumpler should do well. They are also 23rd vs. #2 WRs (whoever that is for Atlanta... Roddy White? Ashley Lelie?) but in the top 10 in the NFL vs. #1 and #3 WRs. Also, Atlanta ran for 252 yards on 47 carries in Week 1 against the Panthers, but they ran for 146 combined yards in the two teams’ 2005 meetings. I have no idea what to make of that.
Oh, and by the way, Rex Grossman’s QB rating against the Lions the first time around was 148.0. Stick him in there.

Vick is hurt, pulled groin. Play Grossman only because they will stomp the Lions.
Remember Vick was pulled from the 'boys game last week due to the injury.
