There is many things to get a sister or brother, like games or toys. Depending on the age of your sitter/brother you might want to get them something different. For a female between the age of 2-4 years old I suggest, something that will help them learn or a doll, movies or something from their favorite TV show; 4-12 years old I suggest something electronic or something like a barbie or beginner makeup kit; 12-18 years old I suggest jewelry,makeup,music. For a male 2-4 I suggest a learning tool, movies or large car; 4-12 years old I suggest cars, something from their favorite TV show, movies, electronic or a game; 12-18 years old I suggest music, movies or games.

This always will give you a starting point at what you think will work best with them.
