I'm just wondering, for my own personal knowledge, how many of you are like this?
When making a sandwich, how many of you think like I do? That condiments (mustard, mayonnaise, etc.) should not ever touch the cheese...condiments should rest soley on the meat side of the sandwich. Furthermore, do you agree that mustard should be used for ham and roast beef whereas mayonnaise should be reserved for turkey and chicken? I know it's odd, but my friend and I were discussing this the other day and we discovered that we have the same odd proclivities regarding sandwiches. I was just curious what other people thought. And yes, I know it's weird to be concerned about where the condiments are on a sandwich, but I am. Thank you for your time.

Mayo should never touch MY sandwich at all. And the best way to make a martini is to place the bottle of vermouth next to the glass when you fill it with gin. I always put the cheese on top of the meat. That way, when you heat it the cheese melts over the meat.
Whatever floats your boat is fine with me.

Yes, I agree. The mustard should be on the meat side and no where near the lettuce, cheese or tomato. I also like mayo on my beef and ham sandwiches, though.

Mustard should never touch cheese, but mayonaise can touch cheese.mayonaise can touch lettuce and tomatoe bread, meat, anything, but mustard can only touch meat and bread. ketchup should never be used on a sandwich, only cooked sandwiches like hotdogs and burgers. pickles can never touch cheese.I don't eat beef.
