Is anyone else having trouble opening their Yahoo e-mail?

What version do you have ? Are you using the beta perhaps? If so this could likely be your problem.

A few things you can try is this, First clear your cache this will reset the cookie which is probably a big part of the problem. Make sure to clear cookies while deleting your temp files. If you don't know how to clear your cache you open a browser and click on tools then internet options and then depending on what browser you use look for an option called history or cache or even temp files then go from there and empty those. This should work for you. I have not had any problems with my mail because I clear those files daily when I close my computer for the day. Good practice to get into keeps your computer happy too not just yahoo mail lol. If your using the beta and still can't get in I suggest that when YOU DO get into your mail that you switch back to the non beta version of yahoo mail.

My husband hasn't been able to get into his email account for over 2 months now. I have sent Yahoo Customer Service a few emails, but nothing. Here is the error he gets:

If he is logged in, he can get to the address book, and can even see how many messages he has from the main Yahoo page, just can't get to the Inbox and stuff. And it's been going on for so long that he's thinking about getting a new account, but all of his other things are set up for this Yahoo account. Don't know anymore......................

I can get into mine but I can not send or reply to e-mails. It's been like this for a few days now. I've not tried from another computer but it's getting pretty annoying.

I get the same problem when I use Firefox. When I try the latest version of IE instead, it lets me in with no problem. Try a different browser to see if you can get it. Here's hoping they fix the bug soon!

It hasn't happened to me yet this morning but it does sometimes happen. Just close everything out and sign in again in a little while. Good luck!

It hasnt happened to me. But try refreshing or try signing on again after half an hour or so

useful im having an comparable challenge... it is so confusing via reality my husband has mandatory time mushy emails he needs to get to!!! ahhhh if somebody make particular this out please positioned up via reality my yahoo digital mail keeps to be now no longer working!

i can't get in either- it says i have 5 new messages but i can't see what they are or go to my inbox
