What's the best straightener to use ?

A chi, my friends use it and it only takes a couple of minutes to straighten and it does a good job. Only thing is it costs more than the average straightener, but it's worth it.

I have tried several brands even ones from salon's and have found to like the 100% solid ceramic best I have the Conair Infiniti right now and love it also it has a 5 year warranty. I have also used the Jade kind and Tourmaline flat irons and did not like for my hair others may like them I guess you never know until you try. Also the Babyliss brand sold in salon's are made by Conair makes you wonder why spend all of that money on a expensive one. Good Luck and Merry Christmas

I use a Conair with ceramic plates, and, even though I have sort of thick hair, the skinny one works fine. It's also a few dollars cheaper than the really big-plated ones. If you have thinner hair, you definitely want a smaller iron. Especially if you travel you want a smaller one. And before using the straightener, you want something that'll lock in moisture, like ID Care, so that your hair won't look brittle and dry. You can ask your nearby salon for help on that. Rebond. Ive had wavy hair all my life and it got too dry from blow drying and ironing. I had my hair rebonded and now i dont even have to bother drying it to get it straight.

Rebonding is probably called different here in the US but you can get it done at salons runned by asians. I heard its quite costly though. My aunt had hers done here a few monhs ago for 250 but she had really long hair. I think its worth it though.

The whole treatment would go about 2-5 hours since they put in straighteners then theyd have to blow dry then straghten the hair with an iron and then put a neutralizer then dry it again. There are different ways to do it.

I have three straighteners. One has a spot to put water in, and it works pretty well. Another has curved edges and if you want perfectly straight hair, DO NOT use them! My best straightener is a conair ceramic technology. It is large and has bigger ceramic parts so there is more heat, and it works great on thick hair especially!

CHI Is the Best ever it might be a Little pricey or you can use the Maxy Glide

i have had conair alot of the times but the handle always breaks and it can run out of steam. Now i have a different straitner and it works great. It is the wet and dry from revlon. You can use it when your hair it wet!

I think GHD's are the best. They heat up quickly and get your hair bone straight, even if it's strong and thick. They are quite pricey but are the only ones that work for me.

it heats up fast and runs smoothly and keeps your hair straight

my only problem was it fried my hair pritty bad after a while

but thats the down side to forcing all the heat onto your hair

kodu and silver bullet red heat they are both the best hair straighteners for frizzy hair my hair has never looked or felt better using either of these
