Boxing Shoes and Running!!?
Can I not only use my boxing shoes for training in boxing but, also use my boxing shoes to run my 45 minutes on the treadmill at the gym or, are my boxing shoes only for training in boxing???

do not run in your boxing shoes! they will stretch in ways you don't need them to. when it's time to fight they will be to loose.you will make a move with your foot and you shoe will still be in the same spot.get a pair of running shoes it will only take 2mins. to change from one to another.
