How can I put audio from a video onto my iPod?

I don't mind having to pay for these songs (http://msnpresents.msn.com/oasis/?mkt=en-gb) but I can't find anywhere where I can download them. Any suggestions?

The audio I'm after is Noel Gallagher & Gem Archer performing a semi-acoustic set live in Paris, which isn't available on iTunes.

    You need to use a program to remove the MP3 track from the MP4 or to remove the the WAV file and convert it to MP3. Several of these are available for download online.

    If this is for your iPod u should have iTunes. i went on the iTunes Store and they have Oasis music.
