How can I "clean up" my computer without losing everything?

I want to delete all photos, pictures ect, but dont want to lose anything I need. What is the easiest way to do this?

    I misread. You can do this pretty easilly by using wildcards in dos. Just do this.... del *.jpg *.png *.gif or whatever type of file you want rid of. that should take care of it

    Dear - You can clean up disk space using Disk Cleanup, Disk Defragementer & Disk Analyzer.

    I want to know where u want to fully reload the PC ?

    Then you should take a backup on the local partition other than on which you have installed OS..For more infromation mail me..

    Basicly called do it yourself? or you can search that comes on your pc and search for files documents ending with .jpg and do it like that faster way :) and easy need anymore info e-mail me @ xxdarklotusxx@swbell.net

    my documents,click delete,then delete your recycle, delete trash, sent in mail,tools click internet options

    you can clean as you know like remove it then you can retain or see it in the recycle in...
