Golfers elbow!?
Our family went to a free golf clinic where we recieved instruction that had no better advice than "hit the ball"(!) and so we practiced our swings with enthusiasm. That was in September 2006. Now it's December and my right elbow is STILL hurting, stiff at times, weak (won't perform the lifting operations it used to) and I'm getting a little concerned. I've heard of tennis elbow, but it seems that I've got golfers elbow. Does anyone know anything about it and what I can do to help it? I love natural remedies and dislike seeing doctors, but any advice is welcome!

If you have loss of strengh and have problems lifting then you have a serious problem , you need to get an M R I it sounds to me like you tore something in your elbow , the key is the loss of strengh , you really need to get it looked at , it won't go away by itself .
Good Luck .

I have been playing golf for years and have hit thousands and thousands of balls. I have had a sore back wrist and joint pain
and yes my elbow in my right arm felt kinda odd once just a nerve tweak I think. I don't think there is any way you have golfers elbow
it takes many years to develop a condition from a sport My back my elbow and my joint are fine Right now I get temporary stiffness and pain from beating balls on the range for 2 days straight but it goes away 2 months from one clinic and few practice sessions I doubt it. But if you did not warm up correctly you may have tweaked your ulnar nerve in you elbow get it checked out is it numb feeling or Sharp shooting pains?

if you want to go natural, try ArnicaFlora, which is a gel you can get at your health foods store. It is topical and works well on all types of inflammation. However, an injury that has not healed in 4 months needs attention of the medical kind. The Arnica will help with the pain, but not any injury you(likely) have.

probably what you need is a quarterzone shot. i wont lie, its gunna hurt like hell, but once you get that over with, youll feel so much better. go to the doc and enquire about one. good luck
