I wouldn't use egg. Try this recipe its what i use. the kids love them.
Fudgesicles recipe
1 large box instant chocolate pudding mix
Milk as directed on box
1 additional cup of milk
Mix the pudding, milk called for on box and additional milk. Fill Popsicle molds or paper cups, then freeze.
NOTE: This can be made with any flavor of instant pudding mix.

I don't think eggs will work because they have to be cooked to have a binding texture. However, eggs can carry salmonella when they are eaten raw so I think it is a very bad idea to add them to popsicles. The pudding idea is good or maybe you could try cornstarch? It thickens gravy and makes it smooth so it might work on popsicles! You'll have to experiment and that will probably be kind of fun. Good luck!

What kind of popcicle? Usually when you make them, you are basicly just adding flavoring to a water based substance. If it's the fudge ones or the dreamcicles then no.

My guess is yes. Since you add eggs to ice cream. I don't like the thought of eating raw eggs.

If you are looking for that texture than you should try instant pudding instead.
