Please Help Printer is printing blank pages! Epson Stylus CX4600?

I have run out of ink on this printer so I got new ones. The right ones for it!! and i put them in as instructed and the printer looks as if it is ready to print but when I go to print everything goes normal except it prints out nothing the page is blank! I then redid the putting in the new cartridges a couple more times with no success. Then I tried to do a nozzle check..it still printed nothing out. Then I did a head cleaning and it still was printing blank pages/ So i restarted and turned off the printer and tried printing again.. it sill didn't work. Could someone Please fix this problem? Or have any ideas? It's very frustrating..
