How 2 Stay Awake w/o drinking sodas and energy drinks.?
I Really need to know because I can't go to sleep right now, because it will mess up my circidian rythym. I don't have any sodas or energy drinks to. And I am in no condition 2 drive. PLEEZ HELP, I NEED TIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!

move around get your body woken up try playing some loud music that may help

I would suggest a short nap, no more than an hour. That should re-energize you for a bit. Also staying hydrated is always a good idea, so drink more water. Talk a walk or do something that will give you a bit more energy than when you started. Good luck!

Drink water. Water will help your body move energy throughout your system. Try some teas. Regular tea has caffeine in it, and herbal teas stimulate your brain and body.
Got ginger? Ginger wakes you up, and helps you concentrate. Try anything peppermint too. The smell of it stimulates your brain... so if you have a car refresher, or a piece of gum that you can chew, do that.

Watch a show for around 15 minutes or more. You'll be fully awake by then. If not, take a really cold or really hot shower. You'll be ready to tear up the road by then!!

exercise! splash water in your face, take a cold shower.. those work LoL
