My computor is getting as slow as an ace of spades when you really need it.?

I defraged it today and got nothing in return. I'm not sure if it would help to delete some things or not and don't even know what I shouldn't delete if I tried. I did that to the last one and had to rush it to the 125 buck hospital for major surgery, lol.

I am scared to do too much but I am tired of it's slow *** also.

Does anyone have any ideas. If you need more details I will add them on. Just ask and I will do so, great doctors that I know are out there somewhere.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Update:

Thanks for the advice . I deleted everything I could and I think it is running faster now than it was when it was new. I guess if I live long enough I will learn how to manipulate this thing instead of vice vesa, LOL. I checked several of the sites ya'll gave me and did diferent things from some of them so I am going to let the comunity give the best answer award. I wish I could give it to 3 or 4 of you but I can't and I am not a good judge. Maybe I will reread everything in a while and decide, but the ones that I don't choose, please don't get mad at me. It's a tuff choise.

ok, some information: a million. Use AVG anti-virus, that's loose and a lot less procedure wide IE it received't decelerate your computing device almost as a lot. also, turn off automatic effective aspects alongside with e-mail and information superhighway scanners...basically run those a week or so and also you should nonetheless be quite chance-free. 2. a lot of sluggish boot-up time and different complications "optimizers" are meant to remedy are ideal dealt with manually. receive Spybot search for and wreck (anti-undercover agent ware to remove any undercover agent ware from the optimizers) and reboot your computing device. when you reboot run Spybot and placed it in stepped ahead mode. Then click on the initiating-up classes tab. Now press ctrl-alt-delete and seem on the procedures (% processor used column, 0 to ninety 9 %). See the classes that take in the most processor % and uncheck them (make a itemizing of which of them you're taking off) then reboot your computing device. as an party AOL, yahoo messenger, target, and climate channel logger, and place of work startup are basically few source hogs that would pop up...in case you truly opt for to apply those commence them up manually. Now reboot your computing device, it really is going to be a lot speedier. If something on your device stops operating, basically upload/verify decrease back products on the list you made previously until eventually you hit upon the object(s) that make that something artwork. this may beat almost any optimizer for a performance advance and is a procedures a lot less volatile. ideal success....

Both insufficient RAM and insufficient hard drive space will drastically slow a computer down. Also, check your CPU processes to see if any one process is taking more than a few percent of the CPU processing time. I just checked my "percent processor time" under "START", "Administrative Tools", "Performance", and it was averaging 10 to 15 percent.

Dont download crap and dont go on cheap sites. If u could try to get rid of the stuff u dont need on ur computer.. and try getting more RAM installed in ur computer it makes it faster... u could do it urself.. buy it and install it in ur computer( open it up), but learn how to do tht or get it done by sum1.

    Hope I was helpful

Well, it could probably be a virus, or spyware(most likely). Try to get Windows Defender, it will help with spyware, but it can be a little bit unreliable.
