Have you ever tried past life regression? Please tell me about your experience with it.?

Oh yeah, totally. I love doing that. I try to go back to a point in my past life where I was regressing to the life before that. And I guess in each of my past lives I figured out that I should do this, so now I have like a portal where I can go back in time and I can live as a primate or a microbe or anything, it's awesome.

I have witnessed it being done, but don't believe in it. The western approach is essentially mental manipulation and or self hypnosis. It just guides the user to a dream like fantasy. Not real!

In the far east where children remember past lives as small children, I think that there is some vailidty based on several cases from indian and other parts of the world, but be wary..if you have a past life you very likely were not famous, rich or a figure from history. You almost certainly were not Marie Antoinette, or an Indian princess.

Past lives are real, but let common sense guide you.

Even if there were past lives -- your soul is supposed to have reincarnated so that you can get a brand new personality to learn brand new lessons.

It's supposed to be in the past -- you died because you had learnt everything that could've been learnt as that personality. The whole point of dying is to snap out of the current personality and interests to get a different lesson on life. Why would you want to go over something which you already know in your soul?

Past life regression sounds ridiculous as well as useless.

I can access the 5th dimension because of what I am. I have a past life of being a posthuman. I was then sent to this world "Earth." In the 5th dimension, there is pain, but it is numb pain which is almost always bearable. You must research about Indigo Children.

I do not recommend past life regressionsl because a lot of the hypnotists are not taught to ask specific questions.

There is a HUGE difference between

Tell me of a previous life.

and

Tell me of one of YOUR previous life.

in the first example; the subconscious mind will retrieve information about any previous life instead of THEIR previous life. That is why there are 50 or so different people walking around convinced they were Cleopatra.

You don't have past life to regress to. Watch for manipulators that tell you other wise. You are being conned

I did it was very vivid, I saw 3 past lifetimes and learned lessons from them. It was weirdest to look down and see someones else's hand at the end of arm as a different person. Thought it was very profound. Also saw the potential for people to really get into it and not work on their issues jus tsort of get obsessed with the process.

yes, I have read about past life regression. But havent experienced it myself...
