How do you conclude things? based on facts or based on what you believe?

    based on what I believe, if I conclude things out of the facts and still I don't believe with it, then it's useless right?

    Much of the time, a decision is required too quickly to take time to gather facts, so I draw on long experience and what Lemony Snicket might call a "moral compass." If I have the facts or can find them, I integrate them into my decisions; then I use the tests and beliefs I've worked up over a course of years to come to a conclusion. Many times I test the conclusion against facts that later come to light, so a conclusion isn't necessarily set in stone once it is made...
