Pains in my chest?
I was sick a couple days ago with swollen glans and i got put on a perscription called erythromycin, yesterday I was throwing up and now I have really bad pains in my chest and back and it's always there, not just when I breath in. What could it be?

You may be having a reaction to the meds.....you need to contact your pharmacists or doctor.

Sounds like you have liquid in your lungs and when you cough it's hurting through your back. The erythromycin is an antibiotic and should clear up your infection (I would still call my doctor). This may have become full blown pneumonia, which needs the best treatment right away, call your doctor.

Check with a doctor but it could be a side effect to the drug you used to deal with it in the first place. Some people don't react too good to certain drugs and in some instances it could make the problem worse. I would defenately consult a doctor and see what can be done.

It's a possibility that you could have pulled some muscles in your chest and back from vomiting. However, I wouldn't risk just sitting around hoping that's all it is. Certain antibiotics can have nasty side effects. The vomiting might be one of them, in which case, you need to get off of it. You need to get yourself to an ER and tell them what you told us. They can check your heart and see what's going on with that. They can also put you on a different antibiotic that you can better tolerate.
I hope you feel better.

I am not sure what it could be it's possible it is a reaction to the medication they gave you so I wouldn't wait to find out I would call your Dr right away and get their thoughts or visit clinic or hospital for reasurance don't wait and play around anything involving chest pains requires immediate assistance.
I hope this helps!!

you chest hurts because of the force you expelled vomiting. pulled muscles, etc
erythromycin is an antibiotic, and could cause an allergic reaction but not likely. if it were a reaction it would normally be a rash hives etc.
my guess you have a bad bug and that was the cause of your vomiting:)
i hope you feel better soon:)

It could very well be from respiratory stress, or just effects from any violent vomiting spell. If it continues for more than a day or two and/or impedes your usual activities, I'd definitely mention it to your doctor.

hi
looks like you have bad case of acidity
its possible with antibiotics
take a tablet/syrup of digene or antacis
take 20 mg omeprazole from tommorow
if no relief with digene
go to a doctor
erythromycin is known to cause heart problems
