    Apparently there was a similar question refering to the hottest woman in the world. Apparently she is doing great and has many different looks and personalities. She may or may not be from the country where all the rest of the hot women reside. My suggestion would be to follow that path:

    Any of the Muslim countries. Summer temperatures are murder, and the women have to wear a big black tent.
