Check for spyware and viruses, my friend. AVG is a good virus checker. Install Windows defender from Microsoft, too

Most likely Spyware/Adware/Virus. Bad or corrupted toolbar add on. Even a screwy mouse can do this.
Mouse test: Do you get any strange tracking, app jumping etc when in any other app(s)? If not then not likely the mouse.
Spyware/Adware/Virus: Run any of the online scanners from Trend (Housecalls), CA, etc. Make sure you protection is up to date. Download and instal MS Defender Antivirus.

you have a virus, also be careful what program you use to get rid of it, alot of them contain viruses. If I were you I'd kick it in the butt right away I personally have an apple, But I've seen windows computers become nearly unable to use due to extreme visuses.

sounds like a victim of spyware. go to lavasoft.com(if you can) and download the latest version of ad-aware.
