Why the human body cannot stand room temperature of 37 degrees celsius?

Even though the human body is 37 deg cel, it would feel hot if room temperature is above 32 deg cel. Why?

Part of regulating our body temperature includes cooling, the body generates to much heat. A 'Log Mean Temperature Differential" (Or LMTD) is a good way to visualise that the rate of cooling, which is extreemly sensitive to the temperature differential.

In other words, the closer the outside temperature is to our body temperature, the harder it is to cool our body, this is not a linear relationship, its more of an exponential. It feels hot, because we have to start sweating to increase the cooling capacity of our skin, sweating doesnt make us feel hot, rather urgency of needing to be cooled causes a feeling of hot as a natural precaution to prevent you from engaging in activities (such as hunting or basket weaving) that may cause further over heating..
