Even though there is no dust around, why do we sneeze if weather is cold?

Cold weather and, specifically, cold air causes de mucociliar aparatus to paralize, leading to acumulation of particles and increases in mucus production, wich causes nasal irritation and therefore sneezing.

the nose starts it some bugers keeping the cold and several viruses out similar to when you got a flu or coagh, flem, or a fever. when the nosed or sometimes the mouth gets iritated enough you sneeze! also when you sneeze your body ceases to function for an instant

I sneeze just as much when it's cold as when it's hot...so...because there's something in our nose that our body wants to get out...

The nerves in the air passage are sensitive to a lot of different things. Cold is just one of them. There is chemical stimulation, bright lights, pepper and etc.

Your nasal passages are particularly suseptible to germs. Your body is trying to expell those germs before they can get into your body via your nose.
