You can get a padded bra. That is your safest bet. If you're old enough, you can get implants. Talk to your doctor about the risks before you have any medical procedure.

You can get your breasts enhanced by surgery but that might be the only way. I noticed a lot of people on here wishing they had smaller breasts because it was miserable and embarrassing. I'd reccomending staying where you are; they may become bigger in a few months depending on your age, but you're just fine where you are.

I've worried about problems like this too, (with other body parts), but I just figured enhancement is expensive and I'm best off with accepting me as who I am.

or starting out with 5 pound weights you can increase the muscle mass in your chest by putting your arms out bent pulling in and out and there are many other exercises you can do it can also it can increase your cleavage

if all else fails there are always the push up bra

Aside from surgery your current size is what you're destined for. No excercises or supplements will increase your cup size. A good push-up bra is a great solution.

don.t worry about it, take life as it is and do lot let anything like small breasts get you down. Hey they don't bounce while jogging, you can feel comfortable in summer without a bra and feel good and proud of your body
