Death by hanging option is used solely by Washington State. Enter first four words in your search engine to view article.

I think washington state allows you to pick either leathel injection or Hanging.. Actually I prefer filling a tub with water putting the prisoner in it and giving him a television set to fiddle with. both hanging and and LI are to convenient.

when some piece of garbage sodomizes, tortures and murders a member of your family, you will understand why the death penalty exists and you will be outraged that you don't get to administer death by pushing the buttons yourself, push them REAL HARD.

It should be there at least for Bush crimes against humanity.

Saddam was hanged due to his crimes against humanity. I wish the trial of Bush be made in any country of South America for crimes against humanity in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Bush punished whole of Afghanistan people just to catch one man (Osama Bin Laden), Is it human. He punished whole of Iraqi people, just on the pretext of Chemical weapons. Is it human.

He has done all these deeds to explore and expand his oil business and profits at the stake of USA citizens.

i am not sure of the standing of the death penalty in kansas.the last case was ruled unconsitutional and set aside.

i have tried to sort thru the legalese and stil don't know for sure if we have one or not.

when it was last used it was by hanging.
