The dairy industry recommends to drink 24 ounces every day. Multiply by 3 and that total is just a bit more than 1/2 a gallon. You judge.

So you are drinking about a quart a day. I guess thats not too bad. But keep to the skim if you gotta half it. 2% milk is still 50% fat. No kidding, check out the number of calories from fat per serving and you'll see it.
Hey, I gotta say its better than drinking that much soda a day, so what else can I say.

its good that your drinking fat free to loose weight but I think that one gallon in one day is excessive. with that much calcium your going to pass a kidney stone! I would classify myself as a big milk drinker and I drink about 1 tall glass in the morning (about 20 ounces) and 1 to 3 tall glasses at dinner making it a total of 40-80 ounces a day. you should be done with the gallon by 3-4 days. hope this helps

Too much calcium is not healthy. Ask your doctor for an acceptable amount to drink. Usually 2-3 8 ounce glasses per day. You definatly need to drink more water.

Yes its healthy, just make sure you are drinking fat free, drinking a lot of fat free milk can actually make you lose weight.

Good for you going to fat free, same nutrients, less fat. Just remember drink water. That is what a body needs if it is saying that it is thirsty.

No! Do you know the FDA has approved an "acceptable" amount of cow blood & pus in dairy milk?
Disgusting!
Go soy, my good man.
